Picture The Scene;

Beautiful set out dinner with the Three Tenors present. Theres three waiters who are serving wine, food etc to the guests. All of a sudden they have microphones in their hands singing Opera favourites. One of these waiters is in fact Scott Davies. All of a sudden out of Scott's mouth comes the lyrics "Nessun Dorma, Nessun Dorma.."

The meaning of it all is, Scott was part of the English team of the well renowned, The Three Waiters who were entertaining at a Dinner held to celebrate the Three Tenors. And those waiters which does indeedy include Scott sang 'Nessun Dorma' in front of Pavarotti, the man who made that song famous!

And what did they get at the end? A Standing Ovation by the Three Tenors themselves!
