What I am looking for:

- I'm not looking for a review that totally praises Scott. If it does, fair do's that's good. But what I'm looking for is possitive and constructive reviews, that show good and not so good elements about Scott's performance, be honest but polite. Constructive reviews are what I'm looking for.
